What is the purpose of this notice?

How do we collect information from you?
We obtain information about you when you use our website and when you email us or contact us using the contact form on the website.
What we need
Peter Winckles Limited will be what’s known as the “Controller” of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special categories of personal information about you (known as Special Category Data). This does however include name, address, e-mail, telephone number, financial information and where you are client of Peter Winckles Limited other personal information to allow us to perform the services under the contract.

Where we keep it
